Data We Collect

Synexcoin collects your public wallet address when you connect to the platform. No name, email, or payment card data is required for standard trading activity.

We collect anonymized usage data — page views, feature interactions, error logs — to improve platform performance. This data cannot be linked back to individual identities.

How We Use Your Data

Wallet addresses are used solely to display your balances, transaction history, and swap activity within the platform. We do not sell, rent, or broker your data to third parties.

Cookies

Synexcoin uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember wallet connection preferences. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.

Optional analytics cookies help us understand which features traders use most. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time via the cookie preferences panel in platform settings.

Data Sharing

Data is shared with CertiK for ongoing security monitoring and with blockchain analytics tools used to detect suspicious transaction patterns. No marketing data sharing occurs.

Data Security

All data transmitted to synexcoin is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Server infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers with 24/7 intrusion monitoring.

Synexcoin undergoes third-party security audits annually. The most recent audit completed in March 2026 found no data exposure vulnerabilities in platform infrastructure.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of non-essential data processing. info@synexcoin.dev Submit requests to info@synexcoin.dev.

Third-Party Integrations

The platform integrates WalletConnect, Alchemy, and on-chain analytics providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Synexcoin is not responsible for their data practices.

Data Retention

Anonymized usage logs are retained for 12 months then deleted. On-chain transaction data is permanent by nature of blockchain infrastructure and outside Synexcoin's control.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Changes take effect when posted to synexcoin. Last updated: 1 January 2026.
