Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a wallet to synexcoin or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users regardless of location. Synexcoin reserves the right to restrict access in jurisdictions where decentralized exchange services are prohibited by law.

Use of the Service

You may use Synexcoin solely for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer of Liability

Synexcoin provides smart contract infrastructure. All trades are final and executed on-chain. Synexcoin cannot reverse, cancel, or recover funds from confirmed blockchain transactions.

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. Past platform performance does not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, UI design, and written content on synexcoin are the exclusive property of Synexcoin. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synexcoin's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Synexcoin is not liable for losses resulting from wallet compromise, network outages, smart contract bugs outside our audited codebase, or third-party integrations you connect voluntarily.

Third-Party Services

Synexcoin integrates with third-party wallets, liquidity providers, and blockchain networks. These services operate under their own terms. Synexcoin is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials. Synexcoin will never ask for your seed phrase or private key — any communication requesting this is fraudulent.

Your Rights

You may stop using synexcoin at any time. Since the platform is non-custodial, there is no account to delete — your wallet and its history remain on-chain independent of Synexcoin.

Changes to These Terms

Synexcoin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 1 January 2026.
